Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cut into slim stripes 1/2 Kg
- Capsicum 1/4 Cup (Chopped)
- Cabbage 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
- Carrot 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
- Corn Flour 1/4 Cup
- Eggs 3 (White Part) whisked
- Green Onion 1 (Chopped)
- dark Pepper Powder 1 tsp
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 2tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Water 8 Cups
- Soy Sauce 4 tbsp
- Stew Sauce 4 tbsp
- Vinegar (sirka) 4 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 7-8 tbsp
- Green spices (Cilantro/Basil/Parsley/Coriander) hacked 4-5 tbs
Direction
Stage 1: in a pot and add Chicken, Green Onion, Water, Salt, LemonSqueeze and cook it on high fire for 40-50 minutes.
Stage 2: After that sifter the chicken and destroyed it well and
afterward again put the chicken stock into the pot and furthermore add Cabbage,Carrot, Black Pepper Powder, white pepper , Green Herbs and mix it
well and cook for 5 minutes on medium fire.
Stage 3:Then add Capsicum,cabbage,Carrot, Soy Sauce, Chili Sauce,Vinegar (sirka)and mix it well.
Stage 4:In cornflour,add water and whisk well.
Stage 5:Now add broke down cornflour,mix well and cook on medium low
fire until wanted consistency (approx. 2 minutes).
Stage 6:Add whisked eggs,stir tenderly and cook briefly.
Stage 7:sprinkle dark pepper crushed,green onion leaves and serve!
Presently Your soup is ready.....
